The Renegades were hoping to win their first home series of the season after taking game two from the Yankees. And even though Hudson Valley out-hit Staten Island, the Yanks piled on eight runs and held on for the win. Up next the Renegades hit the road for a three game series in Brooklyn.
It's been a few years since Tyler Lydon laced up for the Bombers, but some time a prep school, followed by two years at Syracuse paid off for the big man. Lydon was drafted No. 24 overall by the Utah Jazz but will be starting his NBA career with the Denver Nuggets due to a trade.
